At the BMW Eurokars Experience Centre, an evening of inspiration unfolded in collaboration with BMW Eurokars Auto and MADLY Bespoke Jeweller. The event shone a spotlight on empowerment, resilience, and the extraordinary strength that women embody in their personal and professional lives. Among the highlights of the evening was a heartfelt conversation with Serene Seah-Ma, who shared her reflections on the different roles she plays as a woman, wife, mother, and entrepreneur.
Serene spoke candidly about the challenges she has faced along her journey and the lessons she has learned while building a business and raising a family. She reminded the audience that empowerment is not just about confidence or ambition but also about having the courage to embrace setbacks, learn from them, and move forward with determination. Her message was clear: resilience is often born in the moments when life does not go as planned.
For Serene, leadership is not only about driving results but also about leading with empathy and heart. She described how she balances boardroom decisions with the responsibilities of motherhood, all while staying true to her values. This authentic approach has inspired many women in her circle and beyond to believe that it is possible to thrive in multiple roles without losing one’s sense of self.
The collaboration with MADLY Bespoke Jeweller and BMW Eurokars Auto added an extra layer of significance to the evening. Just as a finely crafted jewel reflects individuality and elegance, and a BMW represents precision and performance, Serene’s story highlighted the harmony between strength and grace. Together, they celebrated the modern woman who drives change, nurtures relationships, and continues to shine despite obstacles.
Serene’s journey is a reminder that empowerment is not a destination but a practice. It is about showing up each day with resilience, leading with authenticity, and embracing the beauty of life’s many roles.
